Our smelting shop for diverse alloys
With two pre-fusing furnaces and ten tilt-and-turn furnaces, our smelter has a large capacity. Up to 50 tonnes of liquid aluminium per day can be made available for further processing by the moulding shop, the hand moulding shop and the low-pressure foundry. The aluminium melt must meet high quality standards here. Continuous monitoring of the detailed alloy requirements is carried out by our local employees in our own laboratory.
